有夠嚇人的遊戲。

玩家扮演一位在異域中生存的角色，解開自己所住的樓房的迷團，逃出大街，再找出離開這被怪物充斥的城市。

遊戲是橫向平面版圖型的生存恐怖遊戲。帶有強烈的Silent Hill的感覺，收音機般的噪音、抖動的白色怪物、牆上神秘的洞連往背景如活物腦袋的長隧道等等，都能窺見Silent Hill一二分。

迷團合理不會太困難，但因為場景異常黑暗，打開手電筒又會引來敵人，所以使解迷時的緊張感提升不少。遇敵方面，可以選擇以肉作誘餌迴避，手槍擊殺和以照明彈，但因為是2D平面，所以不能硬闖過去，好些需要來回多次的地方，就需要多花心思考慮如何利用建築物藏匿身形。

遊戲有其生存成份，每天主角都需要吃喝，不然不能活下去。但即使沒有食物飲料，主角仍可以吞下不同顏色的藥物，讓夢中所遇到的神秘人為你補給。

故事有很多令人聯想的部份，綜合了多方的來源，應該是以下這個樣子。異形事件發生，主角的女伴死去，主角陷入一種精神狀態使他的精神在城市中徘徊，經歷過不少日子之後，最後在醫院發現真相。在多重結局之下，一是解開心結離開，或者是傷害自己？

我連遊戲發生時到底是現實或是夢中也有問題。一開始那一杯Double Espresso，到底是什麼？

無論是怎樣地故弄玄虛，這是一款好遊戲。音樂也非常好聽！
